An AI chatbot for online stores
that actually closes the sale.

It knows your real catalogue and your real prices. It answers the stock, size and delivery questions that stall a purchase — then takes the payment in the same conversation, before the visitor has a chance to go and compare you with someone else.

The problem

Carts do not get abandoned at checkout. They get abandoned at a question.

They ask about delivery and leave

"When will it arrive?" is the single most common pre-purchase question. If the answer is buried three pages deep, a lot of people stop looking.

They cannot tell if it is in stock

A product page that does not say clearly enough reads as "probably not". They go to the store that said yes.

Half of them arrive after you close

Evenings and weekends are when people shop. They are also when nobody is there to answer.

Every extra click loses people

Question, then contact form, then wait, then email, then back to the site, then checkout. Most of them never finish the chain.

What it does about it

It answers the question and takes the money in the same breath.

Your real products, at your real prices

Add your catalogue once and the agent pulls the right item into the chat with its actual price — not a vague "we have several options".

Paid for without leaving the conversation

Connect your own Stripe, PayPal, Square or Authorize.Net account. The money lands directly in it and we take no commission on a single order.

Delivery answers straight off your own pages

It reads your shipping and returns pages, so the times, zones and thresholds it quotes are yours, not a guess.

It suggests the obvious next thing

Asked about one product, it can mention the bundle, the larger size or the free-shipping threshold they are £4 short of.

In whatever language they typed

International shoppers get the same answer in their own language with nothing to configure.

If they are not ready, it keeps the lead

Name, email and what they were looking at — in your dashboard and your inbox rather than lost.

Setting it up

Live on your store this afternoon.

1
Give it your store address

It reads your product, delivery, returns and FAQ pages on its own. No feed to build, no CSV to wrangle.

2
Add your products and prices

So it quotes real numbers instead of describing things vaguely.

3
Connect your payment account

Stripe, PayPal, Square or Authorize.Net — yours, not ours. Skip this if you would rather it only answered.

4
Paste one script tag

One line before the closing head tag. Works on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or hand-built HTML.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Anything else, the contact page reaches a person, not a queue.

If you can add one line of HTML to your theme, yes. It is a single script tag, so Shopify, WooCommerce on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce and custom builds all work the same way. There is no app to install and nothing to keep updated.

No. Payments run through your own Stripe, PayPal, Square or Authorize.Net account and settle directly to you. We never hold the funds, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of. Your payment provider still charges their normal processing fee.

It works from the products and prices you add in the dashboard, plus whatever your own pages say. If your stock changes constantly, keep the catalogue to the lines that matter and let the agent point to the live product page for the rest.

It answers from your catalogue and your pages rather than inventing specifications, and when it has no source it says so and takes the lead instead of guessing. Every conversation is in your dashboard, so if something reads badly you fix it once in the custom Q&A and it is right from then on.

It answers them from your returns policy page. It does not process refunds — those stay in your payment provider where you can see and control them.

The widget loads after your page does, so it does not block anything your customers are waiting for.
